Description: The main aim behind conducting this event was to have a cultural social session that brings cultures together on the occasion of International Nelson Mandela Day. This event paid tribute to Nelson Mandela while understanding and bridging the cultural gap. Nelson Mandela believed in unity and also considered the “land of Gandhi” his inspiration. India was his first visit after his jail years. Keeping his principles in mind we brought together an event to bridge the cultural gap and celebrate togetherness. Our aim was to convey the message that we can be separated by geographical boundaries yet be united by principles which is the beauty of humankind as Nelson Mandela recognised and advocated for.

Description: To celebrate common people, their hard work and patriotism as a tribute on Independence Day. The event, organized by Rtr. Bhavisha, began with a WhatsApp group to enhance efficiency. Participants, including the chairperson, met at Churchgate station and traveled by bus to the Gate of India. They interviewed local community workers about independence, experiencing various Independence Day celebrations. At the Asiatic Society, they wrote letters to strangers and exchanged patriotic songs. They distributed letters to different groups and foreigners to showcase Indian greetings. Finally, at Flora Fountain, they paid tribute to India's history with speeches, songs, and poems, concluding with a Vote of Thanks and a rendition of "Ae Mere Watan Ke Logon.”

Description: Now-a-days, everyone is glued to their mobile phones and have forgotten the fun and joy of mixing and bonding with the people around. In this event, we tried to bond with each other through various team activities that serve as a reminder to ourselves how

much fun, social interactions can be. Rtr. Maryam Aarbi and Rtr. Vaishnavi Rana from Main Avenues authorized the event, which involved creating PR messages and posters shared through social media. A WhatsApp group facilitated communication. The event began with introductions, followed by Rotaract and Club Service Avenue introductions. Four games were curated: "Guess The Word," a lip-reading game, "Konfusion," and a song-guessing game. The event concluded with a feedback form, promotion of upcoming events, and a Vote of Thanks.

Branding: RCSCW branded the logo on the coffee shop and several coffee cups that were bought by students 

Interactors Orientation: Team HRD successfully conducted an interactors orientation wherein they explained the meaning and significance of Rotaract. 

Members Spotlight: Several members were celebrated as their achievements were brought under the spotlight for the world to see! 

Rotaract in one word: The team of RCSCW asked people to describe Rotaract in one word and people had some sweet answers.

Description: The aim of this event was to motivate individuals to explore entrepreneurship as a career option and encourage them to turn their ideas into viable business. The event, organized by Rtr. Mehsham Peerbhoy at Central Lawn, Sophia College, focused on entrepreneurial challenges. It was proposed to Rtr. Vaishnavi Rana and approved. Clips depicting entrepreneurial challenges were shown, followed by a game of "What's In My Bag," resembling Shark Tank pitches. Despite being an on-the-spot activity, participants showed enthusiasm and convincing pitches. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by the Chairperson, appreciating the participants' spirit.

Description: In this rainy season, individuals attract all kinds of diseases. Due to which, the Chairpersons came up with the idea of this event, and also to break the chain of giving something only as donation but rather, distributing it as a gift. Hence we added the element of a psychologist so as to benefit the children with not only a physical check up but also a mental check up.

Description: An event called the "Haunted Soirée" was organised with the main goal of gathering scary stories and enjoying Halloween together. People shared their own frightening experiences and dressed up in spooky costumes. The event was planned by the chairpersons and approved by Rtr. Nandini Bang. They spread the word through social media and collected stories and costume pictures through a Google form. On Halloween, participants showed off their creative costumes, from classic monsters to modern characters. There were also fun Halloween games like an Escape Room, where people had to solve puzzles while staying in character. The event was a hit, bringing people together to have fun and showcase their creativity, and it had many positive outcomes like providing entertainment, improving storytelling skills, and building connections.

Description: An event was held to raise awareness about the Palestine-Israel conflict on the "International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People." The event focused on understanding the history of Palestine and the struggles faced by its people. Discussions

covered topics like the role of the United Nations and India's neutral stance. Participants explored the impact of social media on raising awareness and discussed ways to support Palestine, including boycotting brands that indirectly support violence. The event emphasized respectful dialogue and concluded with a moment of reflection. Art was used as a form of expression to show solidarity with Palestine. A WhatsApp group was created to continue discussions and support each other. Overall, the event aimed to promote understanding, empathy, and open conversation about the conflict while keeping everyone informed and united.

Overall, the event inspired participants to incorporate more offline activities into their daily routines for better mental health and fulfillment.

Through social media promotions and PR efforts, awareness about the initiative was raised. Participants contributed creatively by sharing original Diwali songs and poems, adding a personal touch to the project. Various donations, including books for kids, utensils for women, and essential items for families, were distributed to underserved communities. Additionally, the team immersed themselves in the communities' daily lives to better understand their needs and provide meaningful support. Beyond material assistance, the project aimed to uplift spirits and foster a sense of belonging among those often overlooked. The goal was not just to provide immediate help but to create positive, lasting change and showcase the interconnectedness and support within the diverse community.

Vision boards serve as powerful tools for staying motivated and focused on achieving personal goals, boosting productivity and beating procrastination. Overall, the event had a positive impact on participants, inspiring them to work towards their aspirations with renewed enthusiasm.

Participants gathered at the Marble Staircase, Sophia College, where they worked in pairs to make souvenirs using digital platforms like Canva and Instagram. There was a competitive aspect to the event, adding to the fun and enthusiasm. Each participant presented their creation to their partner, and everyone took their time selecting templates, colors, and images. The event served as a reminder of the value of loved ones and highlighted the importance of cherishing relationships. It also encouraged participants to blend technology with creative thinking and fostered a sense of friendly competition among them.

Description: The goal of the event, Santa Scout, was to improve the winter season for homeless people while maintaining their dignity. Participants aimed to understand the challenges faced by homeless individuals and provide assistance. Inspired by Scout and Guide experiences, the event involved creating DIY decorations and collecting winter clothes and blankets from residents. Participants helped decorate houses, cooked, cleaned, and interacted with residents. They also visited rural areas to donate to homeless individuals and connected families with job opportunities. The event promoted empathy, gratitude, and skill

development among participants, leaving everyone feeling fulfilled and motivated for future similar events.
