Nature Club


Nature Club, as the name suggests, is dedicated towards promoting environmental awareness,
sustainability and conservation among students. The club offers a range of opportunities and
activities to engage students in environmental issues and foster a sense of responsibility towards nature; some of which are listed below-
1. Provides value education: the club enhances students' understanding of the natural world,ecosystems, and the importance of protecting the environment.
2. Spreads awareness: it allows students to engage in discussions and activities that encourage responsible environmental behavior though workshops, seminars, and documentaries/ film screenings, among others to educate them about environmental issues, conservation practices,
and sustainability.
3. Exciting events and trips: it offers hands-on learning experiences through outdoor activities
like trips to wildlife sanctuaries, national parks or even treks, and practical initiatives like tree
planting and clean-up drives which help complement theoritical knowledge and foster a deeper connection to nature.
4. Helps inculcate good habits: the club helps promote eco-friendly practices within and outside of the college, such as waste reduction, recycling, energy conservation which thereby makes students learn to take ownership of their surroundings and contribute positively to the
