An initiative by the students, of the students and for the students!
Peer Pal as a program emerged from the thought of fear and excitement that most FY's walk in with-the fear of adjustment and Belongingness. Peer Pal is a student led initiative that aims at helping our FY's find all the right doors (literally and metaphorically) both, in and beyond
Sophia. Forming relationships and building a sense of community is an integral part of a
student's life. It may come naturally to you or may need a little tap on the shoulder - whatever be the case, we at Peer Pal have got your back!
Once students sign up for the program they will be placed into different cohorts or groups based on their common interests, personalities etc. Each Cohort is over looked by a Cohort leader and Assistant Cohort Leader. This entire gamut is managed by course specific coordinators and the Co heads.
Cohorts come together to spend time via fun and enriching conversations, activities and
