As a teacher I believe that “TEACHING BEGINS WITH LEARNING” hence I continuously evaluate what’s working for my students - even more importantly what isn’t working? My soft skills include Time management skills, Leadership skills and strong work ethics. Iam adaptable and flexible and allow students to flow between theories of learning and modes of teaching.

I try to effectively diagnose and help overcome student’s unique obstacles and challenges, by trying to read between the lines and assessing body language, by seeking feedback, encouraging honesty.

I have the ability to accommodate students who learn at different paces, using different styles and methods, within the same classrooms.
